aarzilli	85e4ba439c	proc/core: add support for windows minidumps ... Minidumps are the windows equivalent of unix core files. This commit updates pkg/proc/core so that it can open and read windows minidumps. Updates #794	2018-11-21 12:17:16 -08:00
