Allows for a user to specify the breakpoint condition directly
when creating the breakpoint. The new syntax looks like the
following:
```
break <name> <locspec> [if <expression>]
```
Also updates docs to include more examples and locspec description
instead of directing users to the online / source documentation.
* Add pprofLabelForThreadNames config
The config is a string value that indicates the key of a pprof label whose value
should be shown as a goroutine name in the threads view.
This patch switches from using a forked version of one of the libraries
of goretk/gore to using the module directly. This is possible now that
certain functionality has been exposed / fixed within that module making
it usable for Delve.
This patch adds support for listing and setting breakpoints on inlined functions within stripped binaries. It uses a forked version of `debug/gosym` copied from golang.org/x/vuln/internal/vulncheck/internal/gosym which adds support for parsing the inline tree of the pclntab section. Parsing this section requires knowing the offset of the "go:func.*" symbol, which is not present in stripped binaries via the ``.symtab` section so instead, we search the `.noptrdata` section which contains `runtime.moduledatap` which contains the value of that missing symbol, which we then can use to find the inline tree for a given function.
Given all this we parse the inline tree for each function we find, and then add that information the the appropriate `Function` contained in `bi.Functions`, using a relatively empty `Function` struct as what would be the abstract origin.

This command lists the packages included in the debugee.
The implementation utilizes "ListPackagesBuildInfo" RPC.
In order to support server-side filtering like `sources` and other
commands, expanded the ListPackagesBuildInfo RPC to take an optional
filter field.
Adds -chan option to the goroutines command to list only the goroutines
running on a specified channel.
Also when printing a variable if it is a channel also print the list of
goroutines that are waiting on it.
Due to some very old mistakes too many of Delve's flags are declared as
persistent on cobra's root command. For example the headless flag is a
global flag but does not apply to connect, dap or trace; the backend
flag does not apply to replay, core and dap; etc.
Almost all global flags should have been declared as local flags on
individual subcommands. Unfortunately we can not change this without
breaking backwards compatibility, for example:
dlv --headless debug
would not parse if headless was a flag of debug instead of a global
flag.
Instead we alter usage function and the markdown generation script to
strategically hide the flags that don't apply.

Adds a waitfor option to 'dlv attach' that waits for a process with a
name starting with a given prefix to appear before attaching to it.
Debugserver on macOS does not support follow-fork mode, but has this
feature instead which is not the same thing but still helps with
multiprocess debugging somewhat.

Add a log flag to write logs about what the stacktracer does.
* proc: read context from sigtrampgo, fixes TestCgoStacktrace2 on 1.21
Changes stacktrace code to read the signal context from the arguments
of sigtrampgo.
Also changes the automatic fatalthrow breakpoint for go 1.21.
In combination these two changes fix TestCgoStacktrace2 on Go 1.21 on
various platforms.
This patch makes the time library available to Starlark scripts. This
library is one of the very few few that are built into starlark-go (the
others are json, math, proto).
I've played around with Starlark scripting today, and immediately I
wanted to measure how long certain computations take.
It took me a bit to understand how to pass structs to Starlark built-ins. The
documentation didn't really address it - there was an example, but quite
hidden. This patch adds some words about it.
Using a fixed path as the default output binary means that executing
Delve twice in the same directory will cause the second invocation to
overwrite the output binary of the first instance of Delve, making the
restart command not work correctly.

'config', DAP command 'dlv config', quality of life improvements to how
substitute-path works, and better documentation.

Regarding the rewrite of SubstitutePath: the previous version used
runtime.GOOS and filepath.IsAbs to determine which filepath separator to use
and if matching should be case insensitive. This is wrong in all situations
where the client and server run on different OSes, when examining core files
and when cross-compilation is involved.
The new version of SubstitutePath checks the rules and the input path to
determine if Windows is involved in the process, if it looks like it is it
switches to case-insensitive matching. It uses a lax version of
filepath.IsAbs to determine if a path is absolute and tries to avoid having
to select a path separator as much as possible

The tree view of the project layout seemed to show that "github.com",
"cmd", and "pkg" were all in the same directory. The usage later in the
document (and normal go layout) would have them as subdirectories.
The new tree output was generated with the below:

The text of the substitute-path section in the FAQ ("Can not set
breakpoints or see source listing in a complicated debugging
environment") mentions the command 'config help substitute-path', but
'help' is not a valid argument to the 'config' command.
Use 'help config' instead, which does mention 'substitute-path' and how
to set it.
Also, the command to list source files is 'sources', not 'source'. Fix
that.

This patch introduces some changes, particularly to arm64SwitchStack
which fixes the test when running on linux/arm64. The changes causes the
same test to fail on darwin/m1 so temporarily keeping both versions.
Next step should be to refactor and unify the two so they both work with
the same function.

Adds field to breakpoint struct to track how a breakpoint was
originally set, moves the logic for disabling and enabling a breakpoint
to proc.
This will allow creating suspended breakpoints that are automatically
enabled when a plugin is loaded. When follow exec mode is implemented
it will also be possible to automatically enable breakpoints (whether
or not they were suspended) on new child processes, as they are
spawned.
It also improves breakpoint restore after a restart, before this after
a restart breakpoints would be re-enabled using their file:line
position, for breakpoints set using a function name or a location
expression this could be the wrong location after a recompile.

Remove leftover references to $GOPATH in documentation, change script
that generates markdown documentation to look for substrings that start
with "Documentation/" instead.
For commands that could produce large amounts of output switch to a
pager command ($DELVE_PAGER, $PAGER or more) after a certain amount of
output is produced.
