Peter Sanford 1d8636cd3d Handle gdb core files better 
Core files created by gdb can have sections missing that would be
present in OS created core files.

We work around this by first reading PT_LOAD entries from the exe and
then reading them from the core.

Fixes #1121

About Delve

Delve is a debugger for the Go programming language. The goal of the project is to provide a simple, full featured debugging tool for Go. Delve should be easy to invoke and easy to use.
