aarzilli 9af1eac341 proc: cache goroutine objects 
Adds a cache mapping goroutine IDs to goroutine objects, this allows
speeding up FindGoroutine and makes commands like 'goroutines -t' not
be accidentally quadratic in the number of goroutines.
