aarzilli 9d70adf5c9 proc: Removed setChanRecvBreakpoints 
This function was broken for a very long time until the changes in this
PR fixed it. However I do not think it is desirable to be catapulted
into some other goroutine by 'next' just because that other goroutine
happened to receive a message on a channel.

This feature should be implemented by a new command, not next.

About Delve

Delve is a debugger for the Go programming language. The goal of the project is to provide a simple, full featured debugging tool for Go. Delve should be easy to invoke and easy to use. Chances are if you're using a debugger, most likely things aren't going your way. With that in mind, Delve should stay out of your way as much as possible.
