dr2chase bd48358de3 pkg/proc: tolerate absence of stack barriers in Go 1.9 (#762) 
Stack barriers were removed in Go 1.9, and thus code that
expected various stack-barrier-related symbols to exist
does not find them.  Check for their absence and do not
crash when they are missing.  Disable stack-barrier-handling
test for 1.9 and beyond.

Fixes #754.

About Delve

Delve is a debugger for the Go programming language. The goal of the project is to provide a simple, full featured debugging tool for Go. Delve should be easy to invoke and easy to use. Chances are if you're using a debugger, most likely things aren't going your way. With that in mind, Delve should stay out of your way as much as possible.
