* proc: bugfix: StepInto can not function when temp bps exist

* terminal,service: auto-continue during next and step

Make dlv call continue automatically when a breakpoint is hit on a
different goroutine during a next or step operation.
Added API hooks to implement the other solution to this problem (cancel
the next/step operation if a different breakpoint is hit).

Fixes #387

About Delve

Delve is a debugger for the Go programming language. The goal of the project is to provide a simple, full featured debugging tool for Go. Delve should be easy to invoke and easy to use. Chances are if you're using a debugger, most likely things aren't going your way. With that in mind, Delve should stay out of your way as much as possible.
