Skeris 5278ff97dc feat(WIP): get autrorization token for link amo account with pena account
- change logic for obtain pena token from header
- if there are no account linked with such amo account we create it
- if there are no pena disk we create it
- add pena id to amo struct and link amo account with pena account on
  first state obtaining
