Чешир не хочет перегружать секцию тарифов большим количеством тарифов. поэтому тариф за гигачат будет вести себя чудно:

  1. его НЕ нужно выводить в списке тарифов
  2. если у пользователя нет привилегии на создание аудитории, при нажатии кнопки с созданием аудитории отобразить ему модалку с текстом "Данная услуга предоставляется за 500 рублей/опрос. Готовы оплатить?" если человек нажимает кнопку "Да", купить ему тариф на 1 аудиторию, или, если нет, сложить в корзину и переадресовать на оплату
